Elyjah Marrow 19 years old, was arrested and charged with involuntary manslaughter after he accidentally shot and killed his roommate. TMZ reports that police said that Marrow was "fiddling with a handgun" when it went off, fatally wounding Daryus Johnson, who was also 19.
In addition to involuntary manslaughter, Marrow was charged with possession of firearm in the commission of a felony, reckless conduct, possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute, and possession of a stolen firearm, which all stemmed from the incident and subsequent police search of his residence.
Ice T has yet to comment about this.
